4.4 Account Closure. alibet reserves the right to close any Account at its absolute discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, violation of these Terms, or pursuant to regulatory requirements.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. alibet currently accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may be updated at alibet's discretion without prior notice.

7.4 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed when acknowledged and issued a unique bet reference number by the alibet system. Players should verify confirmation before relying on a bet being active.

11.3 alibet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
11.4 alibet is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment system outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
12.1 alibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, alibet will provide notice via the Platform or by email to the registered Account address at least seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect, where practicable.
12.2 If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of their balance prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under alibet's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction.
13.2 alibet and the Player agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through alibet's internal complaints procedure.
